The October Bangkok Pride event is the annual Loy Nava Koh Kret Cruise. All are invited to Cruise with Pride for a leisurely Sunday afternoon (30 Oct.) as we sail the Chao Praya River to picturesque Koh Kret. Tickets are 1,000 B per person and include a wonderful Thai six course meal, open bar, and fun. Details and tickets are at Telephone Pub, The Balcony, Dick's Café, and Tarntawan Place.
Bangkok Pride is now gearing up for the annual Bangkok Pride Week. Bangkok Pride Week 2005 is 6-13 November. So far 14 events are planned but there could be more. Events are:
- Sat. 5 Nov. is the bowling tournament
- Sun. 6 Nov. is the Pride in the Park with exhibition booths, volleyball & badminton tournaments, sexy swimsuit contest, and lucky draw
- Wed. 9 Nov.is a White Night Party with ABBA at Dick's Cafe
- Thurs. 10 Nov. is The Balcony's Issan Party
- Fri. 11 Nov.Sphinx & Pharaohs is holding the Queen of Pharaohs 2005 contest
- Sat. 12 Nov. is the tennis tournament and Telephone Pub's Pride Night party
- Sun. 13 Nov. is the closing event with the annual Pride Parade with an After Parade Party on Silom Soi 4
- Mon. 14 Nov. is the Overtime Party on Silom Soi 4
