Sphinx, Bangkok’s award winning Thai restaurant, has been offering the very best of Thai cuisine and Thai hospitality for over ten years. Sphinx has won many restaurant awards and rave reviews in both local and international publications. The balanced menu combines the very best that Thailand has to offer, from regional specialties to Royal Thai cuisine. Known by many as the friendliest Thai restaurant in Bangkok, Sphinx consistently offers residents and visitors alike a warm and elegant ambiance to enjoy dinner and drinks.
Sphinx is happy to announce the opening of its new restaurant in Patong Beach, Phuket on November 30, 2003. The Phuket restaurant will follow the same traditions and standards of excellence as Bangkok, with an added bonus! The Phuket venue will be a Restaurant and Theatre.
The ground floor restaurant will be very similar to our Bangkok venue, which opened in 1993, decorated with an Egyptian motif. We will also have a wine cellar with a comprehensive selection of fine wines from around the world, together with a full bar service featuring a vast choice of cocktails.
Upstairs the Theatre will feature our dance troupe, "The Pharaohs", who are unique in performing Broadway-style musicals. They have received many accolades in media circles in Bangkok. We are confident that their freshness and vitality will appeal to a broad spectrum of our guests in Phuket.
